Arrogance Red (II) BIO

An eclectic blend of 60% Fetească Neagră from 2023 and 40% Merlot from 2021 (aged in oak for 18 months), sourced from the Dealu Mare region (Săhăteni commune, Buzău County) and made from organic grapes. A young and sophisticated wine, with a remarkable balance between black fruit aromas and the spicy notes of oak. Deep red in color with an elegant nose, featuring overripe cherries, black pepper, and vanilla. It has a compact texture, firm tannins, and a well-defined alcohol content (14.4%). The palate is intense, featuring bitter cherries, black currants, and smoked plums, complemented by hints of licorice and tobacco. The finish is long, with a subtle astringency, notes of dark chocolate, and hints of wild truffles.

Serving suggestions: beef, game, lamb, and pork dishes. Optimal serving temperature: 15–20°C.
