DFR Fetească Neagră 2023 Organic

A 100% Fetească Neagră, originating from the Dealu Mare region (Săhăteni commune, Buzău County), made from organic grapes. A fresh and exuberant wine that brings to the forefront black forest fruits, spicy notes, and vegetal hints. Purple-red in color with an elegant nose featuring currants, fresh earth, and wild truffles. Firm, beautifully rounded tannins, excellent acidity, and well-defined alcohol (14.5%). An intense palate with ripe cherries and blackberries, complemented by hints of pepper and cloves. A long, juicy finish with notes of black cherries and graphite.

Serving suggestions: beef, game, lamb, pork, turkey, and pasta with red sauce. Optimal serving temperature: 15–20°C.
