DFR Pinot Noir Rosé 2025 Organic

A 100% Pinot Noir, vinified as a rosé, originating from the Dealu Mare region (Săhăteni commune, Buzău County), made from organic grapes—a fresh wine that offers notes of red forest berries and floral hints. Salmon-pink in color with a delicate nose featuring wild strawberries, strawberries, and orange blossoms. It has a supple body, lively acidity, and well-integrated alcohol (12.5%). The palate is direct, with flavors of May cherries, pink grapefruit, and lime. The finish is invigorating, with hints of bitter citrus and mineral notes.

Serving suggestions: salads, grilled chicken, seafood. Optimal serving temperature: 3–7°C.
